This snowflake was captured on Rockstar Ridge, between the Deane\u2019s and Janis\u2019 runs, during an unusually cold morning for April. Convective showers kept light snowflakes falling from the sky, even as the sun was rising over the ridge. I was photographing the snowflake on the left, when the second snowflake landed perfectly beside it, \u201cholding hands\u201d with the first.
