Snowbasin Reflections

The beauty of God’s creation never ceases to amaze me. Cold, clear skies during an inversion caused an overnight fog to form, frosting every tree in the Ogden Valley around Pineview Reservoir. This photograph was taken late in the morning just after the fog lifted.  The unusually warm fall of 2017 prevented the lake from freezing – providing this rare and spectacular winter reflection of Mt. Ogden and Snowbasin on the water.
