Photographed December 13, 2013, Wasatch Mountains, Utah. Black and White Collection.
This snowflake landed on a cold windshield and stayed intact just long enough to be photographed. This complex crystal appears to have formed two individual snowflakes from the same nucleus. This image is a black and white version of the original image.
